About the Client
The Dream Center of Jackson is a gospel-centered residential recovery program serving women and mothers with children. Its mission is to break the cycle of homelessness and empower women through Christ-centered support, job readiness programs, and life skills education.
Project Details
In 2023, Allison Contracting completed the full construction of the Dream Center’s new 26,000 sq. ft. facility, capable of housing up to 100 residents. This vital project had been in the works for over a decade and serves as a safe and supportive home for women and mothers with children.

Tight Budget
As a nonprofit funded largely through private donations, staying on budget was critical.

Immediate Need
The Dream Center was using multiple, temporary housing spaces for their residents and needed the new facility operational as soon as possible.

Difficult Site Conditions
Required full site development, including grading, drainage, and infrastructure setup, including utilities and road access.

The facility had to be efficiently designed to meet all operational needs while respecting budget limitations.
